工作內容:
The Junior Marine Superintendent is to assist the fleet team for ensuring the fleet complies with company procedures and statutory regulations and assist in recruiting and monitoring crew training to ensure onboard training is completed as per company requirements.
Duties include but not limit to vessel attendance to perform inspection, organizing industry and third-party inspections and close-out of corresponding observations, as well as reviewing the company management system to align with statutory requirement.
