1. Degree in electrical engineering or good electrical experiences. 
2. Good communication in English. 
3. Good computer skills. 
4. Team lead, team spirit and problem solving.

工作內容:

1. Support Project Management and installation subcontractors with a good and fast solution for their technical problems they are facing during the installation phase of wind power turbines. Therefore, you mainly use technical manuals, your own technical expertise and a good cooperation with other technical departments. 
2. Give technical expertise for mechanical or electrical problems occurring eg., component installation or cabling or during technical site preparation (tools needed, spare parts, special requirements). 
3. Work together with development department and other technical departments in case a specialized expert is needed. 
4. Manage and follow up the solution of the technical issue until it is resolved.
