工作內容
Manage and maintain key tender panels and lead tendering processes.
• Build and explore a knowledge repository on clients and competitors.
• Drive effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategically talk to project execution team and liaise with local suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Prepare tender documents and collaborate with the Commercial Team to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop client relationship, proactively manage tenders, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Develop business plans and supply chains for key strategic services and conduct contract reviews to identify efficiencies.
• Provide business analysis support to understand cost/revenue drivers, optimize costs, and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Support the Head of Commercial with regular management reports, including sales pipeline updates, market activity, and forecasts.
• Oversee CRM data quality management, ensuring effective sales pipeline tracking, opportunity qualification, and communication flow to improve win rates.
• Any other requests made by line management from time to time.

Educated to degree level, ideally from a law, business or engineering background
•       Proficiency in English and Excel
•       Highly organised and able to effectively manage own workload and conflicting priorities 
•       Strong planning capability and attention to detail
•       Organised, accurate and able to work to tight deadlines
•       Good written and spoken English and Chinese
