工作內容:

• Knowing the regulations of switching operations in the internal and external networks (66kV and 161 kV) of the wind farm and supporting the high voltage and extra high voltage switching operations via phone / radio • 瞭解風場內外部網路 (66kV 與 161kV) 開關操作規範，並且能透過電話/無線電支援高壓與超高壓開關操作。

• Able to follow client’s Switching produce to ensure all HV switching operation in safe way and execute Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedure comply with client’s switching protocols. • 能夠遵循客戶的開關程序，確保高壓開關操作安全，並且能依據客戶的開關協議，執行上鎖掛牌 (LOTO) 程序。

• Able to create LOTO instruction according to client’s request or Substation maintenance schedule. • 能夠依據客戶要求或變電站維護計畫制定 LOTO 指示。

• Support Substation O&M preparation. • 支援變電站營運與維護 (O&M) 準備工作。

• Using SCADA for monitoring, alarm analysis and remote preliminary trouble shooting. • 透過資料蒐集與監控 (SCADA) 系統進行監控、警報分析以及遠距初步故障排除。

• Create system monitoring daily report. • 撰寫每日系統監控報告。

其他條件:

• Electrical Engineering bachelor or master degree and having electrician relevant license level B,C (電機相關技術士), Electrical engineer license(電機技師) or extra HV switching authorization certificate as an advantage • 電機工程學士或碩士，以及擁有乙、丙級電機相關證照 (電機相關技術士)、電機工程師證照 (電機技師) 或超高壓開關許可證者尤佳

• Experience of Substation SCADA system or extra HV 66KV/161KV GIS switchgear/MTR/operation experience or OCC (operation control room) / CCR (centre control room) experience or Building service system work experience would be beneficial • 擁有變電站 SCADA 系統或超高壓 66kV/161kV GIS 開關設備/主變壓器 (MTR)/操作經驗、或 OCC (作業控制中心)/CCR (中央控制室) 經驗或建築服務系統工作經驗者尤佳

• Good communication and reporting abilities with the client and colleagues and able to direct communication with TPC and ADCC via the phone for grid operations. • 能夠與客戶及同事良好溝通以及報告，並且能直接透過電話與台電及其區域調度中心 (ADCC) 溝通電網操作事宜。

• Excellent English and Mandarin skills in written and spoken • 優異的英語及華語說寫能力

• Driver license and readiness to travel • 持有駕照且願意出差
